"Remaining monthly data quota for remote connection is not enough" except that it is...please help!

I purchased premium for extra 1GB but I cant use it, every time i try to upload it gives me the message "Your remaining monthly data quota for remote connection is not enough for transferring this file"..but i have more than enough data left for the file.
This is the second month that I pay for an extra 1GB but I can't use it. Please refund and fix the problem.

Would you please sign out on your Android app and sign in again, then build the connection between your device and PC again to see if the issue remains?
