SMS logs not getting deleted

Hi,

There are options to delete call and sms logs. It even allows you to check the required logs and delete. However, once you refresh it, the logs still appear. Its of no use at all. Please fix this issue.

Thanks for your feedback. We've tested this on our side and no similar situation happened.

Is this a rare case or it happens all the time? And would you please tell us your device model, Android version, AirDroid version? And you may tell us your process of "deleting call logs".

This happens all the time. The phone is Samsung GT-S7562. Android version is ICS. Airdroid version is 2.0.5.4 updated on 20/11/13. The below is the procedure i use.
* click on the call logs on the web.airdroid.com to open logs.
* check the box for the logs i want to remove.
* click on the delete icon to delete.

I refresh and the log comes back. But I have noticed that this doesnt work on SMS logs but for some reason works on Call logs.

We've tested this but sorry that we cannot reproduce your situation. Our team are still looking into this and will try to figure out the cause and fix it. Sorry for any inconvenience this have caused.
