Failed to load user configuration

As Yogi and many more apparently, I receive this message "Failed to load user configuration" when i'm trying to connect web.airdroid with my Airdroid account. So I can manage my account on my Samsung Galaxy S4, but not on my laptop. But as all my files I want to back up are on my laptop, this app is useless.

Same problem. Can't log in at all on the web.

new setup today as I just found the app, same cannot log into the web.airdroid.com, failed to load user configuration. Signing in via google if that has anything to do with it. Also tried a new account that is airdroid account, let me log in one time and now gives same error.

same problem, are you guys gonna comment here with a fix? or are you just ignoring us?
