AirDroid disable some communications apps installed in my phone.

Hello, I have a problem with my phone HTC Wildfire S. If I install AirDroid my programs HTC Sync and automatic updates are not operating, I lose communication from my phone to my PC for synchronization of data and not my apps are updated automatically, likewise, some messages from Facebook does not alert me. Nor does not the application of "Synchronize" the phone itself. This among other details but this is what I've seen that brings to install AirDroid. I hope you can tell me what I do or I need to configure to have the AirDroid installed without affecting communication applications on my phone. I mention that I have the Android 2.3.3. Thanks for your feedback and sorry for the late reply. Normally, AirDroid will not affect other apps. Would you please uninstall AirDroid to see if everything turns normal?
