new to this game

I found the setting up process confusing . . . took hours . . . but eventually I have the desktop and Galaxy S3 working.

Now when I try to use apps I have on my smartphone the desktop version is telling me to change the security setting on the phone. These are free apps downloaded via the pay store. What's this all about? The apps are Whatsapp and a chess clock
