As you people at Airdroid know, I've consistently been having problems with my Airdroid session expiring after a short period of time. This has been going on for the past couple months. Versions 2.0.8 and 2.0.9 have not fixed these problems, at all.
I have paid for Premium service, and so far, that money has been totally wasted, because Airdroid is nearly completely unusable for me, because of these consistent problems. The following message describes -- once again! -- the problems I am having. This is now probably for the 4th or 5th time that I've written about these ongoing issues over the past couple months.
This time, PLEASE read this CAREFULLY and IN DETAIL. I'm talking about this ENTIRE MESSAGE. Thank you.
Even though I just tried out version 2.0.9, my problems continue. Here's what happens (and what has consistently been happening for the past couple months):
After a period of time (less than 60 minutes, maybe even less than 30 minutes), the Airdroid session between my phone and the web site shuts down.
At that point, if I go to Airdroid on the phone, I get a popup saying that my account has "Expired", and I am required to manually relog in again from the phone. I have to manually re-enter my password.
When I then go back to the web site, I am required to re-login on the web site, even though I ALWAYS (!!!) log in to the website with the "Stay signed in for 2 weeks" checkbox selected.
At this point, after relogging in to the web site, I discover that the web site has totally forgotten about my device. I get a popup saying "No device found with your account. Please add a device to continue."
These problems have consistently occurred for me, ever since I first started using Airdroid a couple months ago.
NOW, PLEASE GO BACK AND RE-READ EVERYTHING I HAVE WRITTEN HERE SO FAR, SO I DON'T HAVE TO REPEAT IT YET AGAIN!

QUESTION 5: Why, when someone replies to my problem reports, does he always behave as if he did not bother to read my problem reports carefully? This requires me to explain the SAME PROBLEM over and over and over and over and over and over again here.
SOMEONE PLEASE (!!!!) READ MY QUESTIONS THIS TIME AND DO A FULL INVESTIGATION OF EACH AND EVERY ONE OF THEM!
