Not getting recent messages

I have been using my AirDroid for messages and noticed that it was not picking up recent messages just sent. They appeared on my phone but not on the screen on my laptop using AD. The wifi connection is strong between device and pc. Refresh did not change anything. I tested it alongside Mighty Text and MT picked the new messages up immediately.

You mean the messages you sent via AirDroid do not appear on web.airdroid.com immediately? Or?

Can you tell us the device model, Android version, web browser, connection mode? It happened frequently?
