Web interface: contacts and apps not working

Since the last update (2.1.0) my contacts fails to load at all through http://web.airdroid.com and my apps only shows 25 of around 80 user apps.

When I click on the Contacts icon, the window opens but just displays the chasing dots endlessly. I have around 1190 contacts. This used to work but would take some minutes to load the full contact list. Now it doesn't work at all.

When I click on the Apps icon, only 25 apps are shown.

Phone is HTC One X running Android 4.2.2.

Would you please tell us what web browser are you using? The OS of your computer?

Does SMS, Files and Photos work normally?

OS: openSUSE 13.1 (Bottle) (x86_64)Browser: Google Chrome 34.0.1847.116


SMS: OK
Files: OK
Photos: OK

same problemos : win 7 64 bit
browser : firefox - ie- chrome - maxthon ...etc....

I've reported this to the developers. They'll make some improvements on loading contacts.

As to the wrong display of app number. Please uninstall AirDroid and re-install again to see if it works.

Sorry for any inconvenience this have caused.

Reinstalling fixed the app problem but contacts is still broken.

Re-installing has lost my premium features. How do I get them back, please?
