There was a period of two or three weeks, that this remote connection problem was gone, and now it's back again. Basically most of time (maybe 90% of time) I can't connect remotely, no matter what device I use, what web browser, and which network provider, mobile network, or cable operator, at home, at office, all the same, still can't connect. Unfortunately I bought this 1GB transfer again, and I can't make any use of it.

Does rebooting the device and router work for you? And if your device is next to you, you may open AirDroid app first, and try to build the connection again.
