Stuck on "Authenticating"

Same thing here every time I use web.airdroid.com. It used to work perfectly and now it sticks on "Connecting to Samsung SCH-I535, please wait..." screenshot attached. When I go to web.airdroid.com, Airdroid opens on my phone and says it's connected, so it seems to be working on my phone and seems to be connected just fine, but it sits at the connecting screen for a few minutes and then says it failed.
Please advise.

Hey, I have the same problem. My AirDroid gets stuck on the MacBook Pro on the 'add a device' screen. I am signed in on both devices with my AirDoid-Account but they don't seem to find each other. When I click on 'done' there appears the word 'checking..' with disappears and back to 'done'. The software is updated to the latest version on both devices.

I am having the same problem, it says authenticating but nothing happens. I did get it to work one time, the first time I installed it but that's it.
I have a mac book pro 10.6.8 and a Samsung Galaxy S 5.
