No connection 6/2 thru 6/3.

All of a sudden I get the message that Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at web.airdroid.com.
Nothing on my computer or Galaxy S3 has been changed and both are up and running fine.
Anyone with this same problem? (Have not seen a reporting of it).

No connection with Internet Explorer either:

This page can’t be displayed

•Make sure the web address http://web.airdroid.com is correct.
•Look for the page with your search engine.
•Refresh the page in a few minutes.

Firefox:

Unable to connect

Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at web.airdroid.com.

The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

Temporarily disabled anti-virus and anti-malware still no luck.

Hi I have been having the exact same issues for the past 3 or 4 days. I can not access the web.airdroid.com interface from any browser.

However, the http://web.airdroid.com.s3-website-us-east-1.amazonaws.com/ link does work for me. I am in the United States, Ohio to be exact.

ISP is Time Warner Cable. I have also tried disabling all firewalls and anti-virus software and that doesn't help either.

Hope this helps you track down the problem and get it fixed.

Hi all, we've made some fixes on this. Pls clear the cache and try web.airdroid.com again. Sorry for any inconvenience this have caused. And it would be appreciated if you could provide us your DNS.

If you are using Mac: pls provide your DNS by click Launchpad->Other->Terminal, copy and paste command: cat /etc/resolv.conf | grep nameserver
If you are using Windows: pls provide your DNS by click Start->cmd->ipconfig /all, copy the DNS servers

Thank you!
