Remote Connection instead of Local Connection

Sometimes I get this error. My computer and smartphone are in the same connection, but sometimes AirDroid enter in Remote Connetcion. Why? It's more lazy

Mine enters remote connection all the time now. I'm not sure what happened.
Samsung Galaxy S3, SGH-I747M, Android 4.3. on Bell Mobility.

I have a similar problem where when I have disconnected from my work computer at night, and come back the next day and relog in it connects in Remote mode instead of LAN mode. I have to sign out, then sign back in again and it'll connect in LAN mode that way.
