cant sign in

cannot sign i using either email or user name.. get error... Failed to sign in.. tried changing password.. and even made new account..
can connect with QR code

I get the same error message ''failed to sign in '' on firefox

Can confirm this on Google Chrome (Latest). Did DNS flush, reset browser (cookies, cache, etc.), reinstalled browser, QR sign in, regular sign in, and Google sign in. Same error code. On website by itself, it gives me this.
