INTRUDER FUNCTION NOT WORKING

Hi

I own a Samsung Galaxy S5 in the FIND PHONE settings RING & LOST MODE WORK FINE not tried WIPE ;-)

But the problem is INTRUDER function will not work I have tried all combinations and instructions it will not work. Any HELP would be appreciated.
