Lost Mode?

Hello,
when i start the search fucntion for an device, the device will play sound and notification pop ups with "connected to ..."
Is this the lost mode?
In another different account, i can search another device without playing sound or pop-ups notification.

Please help me - i must stop this.

Would you please send us a screenshot on this so that we can better understand the issue?

And if you want to leave Lost Mode, please go to "Settings" in your Android > "Security" > "Screen lock" > enter the unlock code of Lost Mode> "Next" > and choose "None".
