Access AirDroid over HTTP while connected to it over HotSpot

I have two devices, no cellular or internet or router. On my AirDroid device, I have HotSpot enabled.
On my second device, I connected to the AirDroid over WiFi with the exposed HostSpot.

Is it possible to then access the AirDroid interface or any other app like Plex on that airdroid device?

You can install AirDroid on Device A, and then visit web.airdroid.com on the Device B and you can see the data on the Device A. But you have to make sure that both Device A and Device B are accessed to the networks.
