Help with Email Folders

Hello,I am new to AirDroid and I am having a problem. I am trying to transfer my email messages to AirDroid. I have several attachments that I am desperate to open. I have tried to send the emails to another email address, but those failed. I cannot save the attachments to my phone, as those stall.
Can someone help me please?
