Security certification issue

can't connect mobile phone which not in same network. But it is ok in same network.One of the brower in my mobile phone said it because of the security certification issue.

Does anyone have the same problem?

Sure. But it is in Chinese, you may need to guess what did it say.
It is a screenshot on mobile phone using maxthon brower to connect mobile phone. Login in the web site is ok. The problem happened when I connected to the mobile phone.

It is the same problem when I used default brower to connect the mobile phone now.
