Version 3 added storage folder in my Nexus 5 created by AirDroid. I wish all app developer use standard android guideline regarding storage. Can you make app so that there is no folder created and all files are to be stored in appropriate app folder. so that when you uninstall it will uninstall cleanly and not leave useless clutter behind. In my opinion only app that should create folder is photo editing/recording and voice recording apps and other apps where content is created and useful to the user. Airdroid doesn't store any user generated content except screenshot for root user please use internal app directory for cache and other temp files it will look better in my file manager. Can you change and move all file in root folder to Android/data/com.sand.airdroid. See image below to see what I mean.
