File Transfer not working

Hi All,
File transfers through the we work, and all the other sections in the windows app work, but I can't do file transfers through the desktop appliation.

When I click on the file transfer button I just get the spinning green circle forever. Any suggestions?

This is the same issue I am having .
Samsung Galaxy S5, windows 7.

You can't transfer files from computer to phone, or phone to computer? And a screenshot will be helpful

Same problem. The file transfer doesn't load on windows 8.1 update
