problem loading contacts

Hello,
i have a Samsung GT-I8190 with android 4.1.2
and the contacts list don't load in web (everything works fine) do you know how ?
note: (in local works fine)

extra note : (in local contacts are show in duplicated ... maybe because viber app.... )

I have the same problem. AirDroid 3 Pro connected to an S3 which I just factory reset.
All I get is the progress dots ...

Device details shows a valid contact count.

Do you mean you can see contacts when using AirDroid Win/Mac, but can't load them on web.airdroid.com?

As to duplicate contacts on AirDroid Win/Mac, do you have more than 2 accounts signed in on your device?


For example, if Emily is a WhatsApp or Google contact of your WhatsApp/Google, there will be duplicate contacts on AirDroid Win/Mac. We'll improve this in future updates. Please stay tuned.

Yes, it works in AirDroid Win,
And 2.0.9 seemed the fix the problem.

hello, i have same problem when loading contact on Chorome web, before that the loading is very good but i dont know it is unstable in near time, connecting is ok. Not only contact, sms...is same, just only count the number contact and dont show more. When i tried open Airdroid on FireFox then everything is ok, tell me why an show me how to solve this problem on Chrome web? thank

You mean you can't load contacts, sms, etc when using web.airdroid.com with Chrome? And it works well with FireFox? Is there any error message?
