Hi, the update is available now. The new version fixed a bug that causes sending duplicated SMS for some devices running Android 4.4+.

it does not fix anything facing same problem on redmi note 3 first 20 sms wasnt duplicated and then it starts ... using chrome and latest apk....

Using:

* HTC Desire 526, Android 5.1, Airdroid v3.2.1.1
* OS X El Capitan, Airdroid v3.3.1.1

Same problem as original poster: Sending SMS is okay, but if length is >160 (MMS) then it shows a duplicate message on both the Desktop App, and on the phone.

I also have the same issue. However, even if the SMS length is less than 160, messages are still being sent in duplicate.

+1, seeing the same issue (<160 and >160), though not for every message.

This thread lists the problem being resolved 2 years ago. Granted, I've only had intermittent problems with this, so it wasn't too much of an issue. However, the past couple weeks Airdroid has been duplicating all SMS messages sent through the Windows App.
