Unable to connect with mobile networkquestion

Hi, i'm trying to connect my Mobile with my PC since last 4 days but yet unable to connect.

my PC is on Wi-Fi Network with Proxy and on mobile its mobile data working.
with this feature i'm unable to establish connection between mobile and PC.

Need help to connect this.

Similar problem.
PC cannot connect to my mobile. Both are in the same network. No proxy.
In the past it worked. There is nothing different now.
