Local WiFi transfer from Linux PC to phone fails depending of the file's size

Hi

I'm in the habit on moving movies from my PC to my phone (Samsung Galaxy S5) and using AirDroid to do so.

The thing is.....AirDroid sometimes restarts the transfer after say...60%, so you get broken files, the same file gets broken over and over.....

I see that it depends on the size of the file, a 6GB file will not have this issue, a 14.3GB file? impossible to transfer.

Is this a known defect?
