Would you please check the account center/user profile on AirDroid on your phone, and see if the account has become Premium account?
And then try it again to see if it works?

Hi, would you pls check the account center of AirDroid on your phone firstly, to see if the account has become Premium account?
If yes, please try camera agagin on web.airdroid.com.
It not, please refresh, or log out and log in again on your phone to update the account status to Premium account, next try camera again on web.airdroid.com
