Hi，Would you please try AirMirror on desktop client with USB debugging first, and then try it again on web.airdroid.com and see if it works?

I have the same issue. I have tried the desktop client as advise, I have turned the debugging on, still not conecting

I'm trying to connect to airmirror as well and it doesn's show my device as connect when it is already pugged in and i've followed all the steps. Please guys help us with that. I paid to be premium but it is not making any difference at all.

Steps: open AirDroid on your phone-->Me--> Settings-->About--> Feedback.

Ao ler os comentários, vi que muitos estão com o mesmo problema com relação ao não reconhecimento do dispositivo via USB, que é o meu caso.
Minha sugestão aos administradores é que disponibilizem no aplicativo a opção via wifi, que já vi em outros aplicativos.
