Other language Export file is being like this ____

Hi support team,i would like to report for a feature/bug report for your program,
in my phone i use the Hebrew language as well for my files name,
and i was export a directory with english and hebrew files name to zip file,
the english letter was o.k. and the hebrew letter was at ??? and ___.
i know Gmail has solve this problem when you export your attachment to zip,
you can select your language and it export it o.k.!
can you make this like at gmail?
