Impossible to connect on PC

Hi,
This application was working this afternoon, but tonight unable to connect with my local ip adress (the same was working this afternoon).7

I restart phone (I had to), computer (I had to too, thank windows 7) and still same problem over chrome or ie.

I'm unable to ping my phone, I think it didn't work before.

Both computer and phone go over the web so no connexion problem !

I check my IP with my router all is ok !

Any help ?

Please ping the IP address generated by AirDroid without the port number from Windows 7, if it failed then your device and desktop may not be correctly connected. Try assign a fixed IP to your device by loging into your router and retry AirDroid. Thanks.

Changing IP to a static one -> DonePhone accessing to the web -> Ok
Pinging the phone -> NOK
accessing with Airdroid -> Nok

:-(

a little step forward, Airdroid is working on my phone browser.I don't know why my phone doens't want to communicate with my router...

Any advice welcome

If the ping failed then your desktop could not connect to your phone. Kindly check if anything(firewall, VPN, etc.) that may have caused this. If possible, try your phone under a different network environment with another computer to check.

Today I try with my work computer (and network) and it works !!!

I'll try this evening at home and keep your in touch (just in case if somebody else have the same issue) !
