Screen capture not working

My phone is an LG-P350f.
The screen capture does not work, it only shows a black screen. In the phone a message saying that 'root permissions has been granted to the app' comes and goes until I close the screenshot window in the browser.

my tablet is samsung galaxytab 10.1

i have the same problem, no picture all stay black. the same message like all is ok on my tablet

Samsung NOTE II with 4.1.2 don't even get a message from the superuser. When I press screenshot on AirDroid.com it tells I need ti root the superuser but I already did it

Nexus 4 with Android 4.4. Screen shot feature stopped working recently. When I hold the volume down key and the screen lock key, it just reduces the volume and does nothing else.
