When playing music, the volume level is already at a preset level and will not remember its level to which it was set by the user when opening another music file much later on...
Also, maxing out the volume is dubious because the very last bit on the volume bar has a little space left as the cursor will turn into a "positioning" cursor..., that area NEEDs to be isolated from the rest of the music media player and remember it's level set by the user.
