wrong orientation of screen shot on Nook Color-JellyBean

I have a Nook Color, and recently flashed the CM10 rom, want to get a screen shot. When I opened up Airdroid to take screen shot, I found the screen it captured is rotated 90 degree. Maybe a bug, or maybe not. Please look at the picture below and see if there is anything can be done to improve the screen capture function.
Win7 pro, Chrome Version 23.0.1271.64 m
