Cannot sign in with account that has been working for many months!?

This morning I tried to login to the web version and it will not allow it... then I tried Forgot Password and it says 'account not found' ... did AirDroid's database get corrupt? Local login works fine.

I'm exactly the same - been using it for months and suddenly no matter what I try I get:
"Failed to connect. Make sure your Android device and computer are in the same Wi-Fi network."

What's going on Airdroid support?
