how to drag music, videos onto my phone

i managed to logon and my internet at home recognized my phone. i have several movies, songs stored on my computer and how can i put them on my phone using airdroid. do i drag ?

i am having same problem can send from phone to computer but not from computer to phone.

Has anybody answered this question yet? Once i get the airdroid screen up i can't get my itunes library up in order to drop and drag playlists onto my phone. Also how do i make sure that the download goes into the External sd card rather than the device.
