HTC ONE S Using Camera Restarts the phone

I have a HTC ONE S. The program runs with no issues but one. When I use the Camera option ( which is very cool mind you ) the camera will load but when I go to take a picture the phone restarts it self. This happens no matter what mode I am using 2g/3g / WIFI./ Lite.
My Specs
HTC ONE S ( T-mobile )
Android OS 4.1.2
Rooted with CyanogenMOD ( because I like to control my device )
CPU ARMv7 Processor rev 0 (v7l)

Does it happen every time?

Not Every time. I was hoping maybe it was an issue with the MOD I have loaded on ( cyanogenmod.) but that does not seem to be the case as I have another device that also has cyanogenmod. on it and it has no issues what so ever. I would say Once in every three times I use it will it reset the phone.
