Data Usage exceeded and not a single photo uploaded

So I just set up my account so I could transfer photos from my Android phone to my computer. The first time I tried to upload photos from my phone to the computer, I ended up downloading photos from my computer to my phone because I didn't realize that upload meant uploading from the computer to the phone (it would be nice if there was a prompt to tell me this was the case or the use of icons). The second time I tried to copy pictures over, it created a zip file that could not be read. By the third attempt, I had run out of data usage and it will not be reset for 30 days. So I have not successfully gotten a single photo from my phone to my computer. Could you please reset my data usage sooner so I can try to get this to work? Thanks!
