Are you saying that you are unable to launch AirMirror?Have you tried the following ways mentioned in the link?

2-Factor Authorization
Lock Down Button In web interface (Like WindowsKey+L on windows)
Add Notes (Accessable via Web Interface and Phone/Tablet)
Smaller interface on smaller devices

My phone screen is broke on my Samsung Galaxy S5 that I have connected to AirDroid, so I'm unable to change settings via my phone. Is there anyway AirDroid can show my phone screen on my laptop so I can change the settings?
