Android app does not ask for root permission and then does not connect

I have Airdroid in an android box, a week ago it worked, after the update, when i open it it does not ask for root permission from supersu and then it does not connect when i press start. I removed and re-installed it, also removed and re-installed supersu, but the same happens...
