CANNOT ACTION AIRDROID ON WINDOWS 8.1 and GALAXY S4

I have Airdroid loaded on my Toshiba with Windows 8.1. I have it loaded on the Android Galaxy S4 mobile. Still no action in 14 days after endless fiddling. I had a hint that something was coming from Windows on the GS4 but... nothing happened. Come on, fans, let me in on the dream!

Hi @ahq.pty.ltd, what do you mean "can't action AirDroid on windows 8.1 and Galaxy S4"? Would you please send us a screenshot of it?
