File Transfer Not Workingquestion

I'm using AirDroid in my Samsung Galaxy J7 Smartphone and AirDroid Windows in Windows 10 PC. I was sent a image file to AirDroid Windows. But its not received to PC. But PC to Phone is working well. What should I do correct that problem?

Hi, does that happen when you transfer other files from PC to phone? or just the image file?
Would you please check if the firewall on your pc has turned off? Turning on the firewall may block the files transferring to pc from phones.
