As to the payment issue, you may go to
http://airdroid.com/pay/premium/, uncheck the Auto renew option > Pay with PayPal > Pay with Debit or Credit Card and follow the instructions. If you have any further questions in payment, please contact
pay@airdroid.com.
As to delete older devices, you may refer to the guide here:
