Huawei Mate S doesn't workquestion

Hi, I recently bought a Huawei Mate S and I can't make it work properly. Air Mirror never works, if I send a text it doesn't last in the records. I already gave all the required permissions, I activated the usb debug, I tried to cancel and reinstall everything, both in my pc and in the phone. What may be the problem and how could I fix it?
I also tried with a Samsung S3 Neo on the same pc and it works perfectly.
