AirMirror HD Magnifies and Cuts Off part of Screen

Whenever I try to switch to HD for AirMirror it magnifies the image (Which is ok) but the viewer does not change in size, resulting in the image being cropped/cutoff. You can see a short video here: https://goo.gl/j8Z7AX. I also attached it as a file.
