Remote media control?

Would be very nice to be able to just control playing of music/video from airdroid. For example, I dock my device to connect to my TV, I would like to be able to play/pause the playback of a movie on the device with Airdroid.

That would be amazing just a play/pause Forward Back button just like the "Media Buttons" app Widgets. I imagine it would be possible?

Agree, not sure if there is a generic way to access $mediaplayer controls or not. Perhaps if the device has a DLNA stack it could be done via that.
