Hi, Pls make sure that you have granted AirDroid the permission to access call log and SMS.

And please try it both on desktop client and web.airdroid.com to see if it works.

If the issue happens again, would you pls send us a screenshot of that issue so that we can check it for you?

You ridiculous people keep talking about granting AirDroid permission to access call log and SMS. But you provide no documentation on how to do this. You're such slobs.
