Auto-start when USB (docking station) connected

I would really appreciate, if AirDroid will run automatically, when i will put my phone into docking station.

Could Tasker do that for you?

I would really like this too. Tasker can start the app when connected to power, but it is annoying that AirDroid opens in foreground.

Maybe if AirDroid would accept something from the data field in Tasker to open in background?
This is from Tasker userguide:
"Load app
Launch the specified application.

If Data is specified, it is passed to the application when launched. Not all applications examine the data field, however."

Is this possible yet? I agree that having it open to foreground on dock is no good as there are a dozen apps I would like to fire up on docking.

+1 for this. USB is my favourite way to use this app, considering how much battery is chewed by creating a hotspot, and the fact that most people charge their phone via USB connected to their computer.
It's slightly annoying that I still have to use the 'adb forward tcp:8888 tcp:8888' hack to get it working though.
