Notifications on Non-primary Monitor

I'm hoping to get my notifications on to my alternate monitors so I can run a full screen application without having notifications covering it but still have them available and visible. The best way I can think of to do that is to allow for the user to pick a monitor for the notifications to display on. I've seen some threads on this pop up over the years but it can't hurt to show further support for the feature.

@eric hawkins Thanks for your suggestion and we have collected. But you can turn on " mute the notification in the full-screen mode" in the settings.
