Arrange and manage icons and widgets

I'd be great to have the ability to arrange the icons on the phone homescreen, add or remove icons and widgets, create folders, add and remove desktop panels etc.
I have a ton of apps installed, and because its tedious to arrange all of them, Ï've been using lately use the search button and typing the name of the app.
Managing the "desktop'' from the browser would be awesome.

I agree. I downloaded this app for that very purpose and to see I can't rearrange the homescreen is very disappointing.
