Desktop Notfications

Is there any way to make this work in chrome on an android tablet?

have you tried installing the airdroid on the tablet? with airdroid2 it does pop up notifications automatically

@wckidrock I think @SthrnMan wants to launch Airdroid on his phone and access it via Chrome for tablet and have notifications on the tablet where there is only chrome running.
Is it right @SthrnMan ?

Then went to airdroid, clicked on the bockmark and nothing happened. I'm using Chrome browser and a Macbook with Mavericks 10.9.3.
