Add speakerphone toggle to dial pad

For now , I don't mind using the phone speaker/microphone... but once I've dialed a call, I'd like to -not- have to pick up the phone to tap the speakerphone button. So... if a speakerphone toggle button was present on the dialing window, I could just leave my phone sitting while I managed calling with AirDroid.

I know this doesnt fix your problem, but you really should try using a bluetooth headset. It works very well combined with airdroid. When a headset is connected it's the default device so you never have to touch your phone.
