Hello, I just dowloaded this app last night to back up my phone info.
1) I have 2 issues, first is that under my contacts, there is double and triple listed contacts? Does that me I have to manually delete the doubles and triples of each my contacts?
2) Some of my files are viewable others are not?

Seems the message hasn't been sent successfully. Did you get that ! every time you send message? Can you pls try if you can send successfully on web.airdroid.com?

Would you please send us a screenshot of the error page​ for a further ?

We would like to confirm with you that Is all the contacts is double or triple, or just part of the contact ?

Thank you for your feedback.

You can follow these steps to transfer photo from PC to your device.

Open AirDroid > Click Transfer and you can click send file to transfer photos
or drag the picture directly into transfer window.

We found that you don't pay for the premium, so you can't find your phone.

If you have buy the premium, would you tell us the payment you paid for our premium account:Pay Pal,Stripe or Google Play?

It would be helpful if you can send us the screenshot of the payment success page.

Hi, i have airdroid pro. I had a long queue of folders which were being transferred from PC to android, and it crashed. Is there a history , or log or something so i can see all the folders i wanted to transfer?
